Interview
Handle:
Excell / Legend
What was your first computer and when did you get it?
My first computer was infact a C64, I later purcased a 128/d, and I guess
that I have eaten my way through about 6 or 7 C64's, 2 128's, 10 1541's
and 1 C64sx... I got my first C64 in 83 or 84, and I was also on the Amiga
for about 6 or 8 months. But since playing games is NOT my idea of fun, I
quit the world of GURU-MEDITATION quite quickly.
Groups you've been in:
Ok, I started up in SCC (not the Swedish), then formed NEW ELITE.
Then ACTIVE CRACKERS who split and I joined NEW MEN. After
New Men I joined JEWELS and after about 1 year or so, we all joined IKARI.
At an ECS-show in England I somehow got my hands on the original of
Iron Lord and that was put out as an IKARI and TALENT ware. We then
decided to keep the soon so famous I+T co-op going and we did so for almost
2 years, then due to internal problems I quit I+T and later joined Legend
with the rest of Ikari, and that's pretty much how it goes and hopefully will
stay... If and when I leave Legend it will be my farewell to the group life
on the commy.
The proudest moment in your career:
Hmmmmmmm, tuff one... Guess it was the first time we where No.1 in all
major mags around, that later changed and now I don't really care too
much. I/we have done our part for the future of the pirate world on
the commy...
Most loved/hated person(s)/group(s):
HeHe, well, I guess that certain persons will fit in the hated section,
but all wherefor sure parts of the time we were in at that time, right
now I don't hate anyone, even if a few would fit in the nut-case
section for sure... And the person I love the most has NOTHING
to do with somputers, she only plays Flimbo's quest every now and
then...
What are you doing nowadays?
I mainly trade VHS-movies, working (arn't we all? Oops sorry
Bod) and spending as much time with my girlfriend as possible. I have
NO intentions of doing anything related to the commy, if that was a
sub-question.
Favorite beer:
TUBORG. If I have to pin point a beer. I mainly prefer Wiskey or Vodka,
and I sure hate the Swedish beer. I used to live in Sweden you know!
Free comment:
I only wish the best of luck to those who have just started on the commy,
I sure hope you will get as many good times and memories as I did, and a
HUGE "thank you" to all those who made it something special for me...
Ohh, and good luck with the future releases of this mag.
Later on from EXCELL!
