How did you come up with your alias ?
Making Weird Sex

City / Country:
Heinsberg/Germany

Born year:
1968

What was your first computer, and when did you get it?
C64 for Christmas 1982

How did you get into the scene and what groups have you been a member of ?
I went to school in cologne/germany and one of my class mates was FLASH. We did some programming together with simon's basic and these were the first steps into programming.

In 1984 I moved to Heinsberg where i met Arnd (AVH) and the rest of todays RADWAR gang. We started a (re)cracking group called DKS and did our first steps in reading protected ASM code with a monitor program called HES-Mon. My first real crack was G.I. Joe form EPYX. We got the nibbled copy from some guys from the netherlands (Peter & Marcel from FAC). But what a pity, the Section 8 Version of the game was already spread. After this learning period Henning (FLASH) visited me in Heinsberg and i went with him back for holiday to Cologne. In these days we formed the FLASH CRACKING GROUP and did our first crack 'Hyper Sports'. A lot of stuff followed and the Flash Cracking Group got more and more members.
Flash, Duke (Factor 5), IRATA, MR.X, TMC, CFB, EDE, AVH, TC, Nonstop Cracker, Peter & Marcel, ....
Then it was time to build something new and 3 groups where formed out of the FCG:
RADWAR
FLASH
FEDERATION AGAINST COPYRIGHT (FAC) ... haha i invented this name Yep this is the short story of RADWAR's live ... Read all about it and more at WWW.RADWAR.COM

What was the proudest moment in your career ?
Sorry, proud is the wrong word ... but I was happy to be a 16 year old boy with so many friends all over the globe. For Example NEWLOOK came down from Norway for holiday.

A sorry again ... there was a day when we all at FCG where proud to present the first Border Sprites on the C64 with Ballblazer Music in 1985 at the Commodore Show in Frankfurt ... Even the Amiga developers at the Commodore Stand were really impressed.

For what specific reason(s) do you think that you are remembered ?
For being face to face with the software hunter GRAVENREUTH on german TV, joking at him so that the whole nation hat to laugh about it ... aaahhh Mr. Gravenreuth, may I INTERRUPT ya ...

What would you like to be remembered for ?
For organizing the lousiest parties around the globe

What made you stop the scene activity ? (and do you remember when?)
Look at todays scene and ya know it. Ya better stop at the top of ya carrier...

Thinking back on the good old days, is there anything you regret?
